I guess it can be done by hacking the file stepmake/bin/add-html-footer.py
which is used to add the footer to all the HTML files at lilypond.org.

That's a nice idea, but I'm not interested in implementing it myself.
The web pages are built with texinfo; if you figure out how to do it,
I'll add it to the docs.
