This would be a great feature, you could either define separate margin
properties for even/odd, or more simply there could be a "mrror page margins
LR" and "mirror page margins TB" flags that when set to true will "flip the
left/right (or top/bottom margins)" opposite each other.  This way when you
spiral bind the pages there is always room for the spral hole punches.  With
the wider margin always falling on the binding spine.

(I have had a learning curve difficulty with using book myself)
