Command line interface for Mac OS X

I really like this program!, and have been able to
make really nice scores. Much better than the old hand
written and photo copied stuff we used to pass out.

However...

It would be helpful if there was a way to batch
process files, especially without the gui. Is there a
command line version that will work on the mac?
