Lilypond install problem on windows.

I believe I have installed Lilypond according the
intsructions at
http://lilypond.org/web/install/windows.html
However, when I double-clicked test.ly, it produced an
error on the bash.exe window. I've attached the log
file it created. I thank you in advance for your help
and time!
