Hello,

Ketils solution works on Suse 9.1 / LilyPond 2.4.0,
but on cygwin/LilyPond 2.4.2 I do not get the circle, but a 
superscribed (?) h in a courier font instead of the circle, number 
looks o.k..

Could anyone explain this?
Any other solutions?
