error with unexpected \bar "|."

I am getting the following error, the code can be downloaded from 
http://www.wiegand.org/~chip/lluvia-tenor.ly
If I remove the \bar "|." then the error returns about unexpected '}', 
but they all match up fine. Could someone take a moment to review what I 
am doing to cause this error?
