thanks for your report. it's a very silly mistake. I'm uploading a
corrected version now.

if you don't want to fetch it again you can fix the version you
already have:

1. open /usr/bin/lilypond-snapshot as root
2. change the line:

lilydir="/usr/share/lilypond/2.3.18"

to 

lilydir="/usr/share/lilypond/2.3.19"

this is it!
