[help] I can't install

Hi all!
I've dowloaded (yesterday) your software from this link:
http://cygwin.com/setup.exe

I enclose 2 .log from win2000 (don't look at the date!)
I can't install it! I use win98, win2000 and I've tried in a couple pc.
These are my problems and my steps:

1) - win98
install from local directory - I don't change root directory, all users,
unix text - local is right - i have this error message:

In the cygwin directory, if I double click the 'cywin.bat' there is a dos
window with 2 messages:
- invalid directory
- invalid command or file name

2) - win2000
I've done the same but I have got 'Error parsing', then restart the
installation.
(I don't use McAfee)
