It's impossible, I'm afraid.  I did not change debian/rules,
but created debian/lilypond.docs, which I hid in this mail.
You may also find a debian/watch file for the 2.1 series,
and a .changes describing all my, well, changes, none of
which applies to Sid (besides the above two).

Hmm, maybe our repositories should be noted in the 2.1
section of the lilypond.org Download page, shouldn't they?
