I didn't succed for hundred times; and finally, I found out what was wrong
with me.
It is Not
\include horn.ly
. It should be
\include "horn.ly"
; at last :)

Later, I found \column, single < and > seemed working.
\property Staff.instrument = \markup { \column < {Horn}{in F} > }
