As you can see that was from 2PS (C-c C-f).  With just Command/Lilypond 
(C-c C-l) I get:

cd /home/paul/music/saso/
lilypond-bin /home/paul/music/saso/rcbcl.ly

LilyPond illegal instruction at Wed Sep 24 22:20:06

which is the error I get when I try to execute that command outside of 
emacs.
