Lilypond 1.8-12 & Cygwin

Hi everyone,
I just installed Lilypond 1.8.1-12, and unfortunately, it doesn't work. 
When I tried to run the test file (petite ouverture a danser) I could the 
following message:

and Windows gave the following warning in dutch:
"Fout bij het starten van het programma" "Het bestand CYGGUILE-LTDL-1.DLL 
is gekoppeld aan het ontbrekende uitvoer CYGWIN1.DLL:_fopen64."

Translation:
"Mistake with starting up the program" "The file CYGGUILDE-LTDL-1.DLL is 
linked to the missing execute(?) CYGWIN1.DLL:_open64."

I first thought something went wrong with the installation, so I tried 
again, but the message keeps coming.
I've updated Lilypond 1.8.1-12 from Lilypond 1.6.11. With Lilypond 1.6.11 
everything worked properly.
Can someone help?
