Dear Sir or Madam:I have spent many hours reviewing the documentation and music samples. I think this is an awesome and powerful program. I have review Maestro and Finale. While these are end-user programs, I enjoy having the ability to "code" the music.
However, I having much difficulty in completing what should be simple task. For example, I am trying to create a score that has one single treble and bass clef. Each with two voices. Also, I need to add text to the score. The music is written in the key of a flat.
Some issues I have encountered are: all b, e, a and d's have a natural printed beside them. How do I suppress the naturals? I have review the Standchen and was totally impressed with the results. While I understand there is a learning curve, it is getting frustrated and I do not want to give-up.
Do you have any suggestions? Do you have any tutorials, other that the documetation, that provides step-by-step on coding a piece of music?
I have been asked to reproduced several hand-written scores that were written many years ago and the print is beginning to fade.
Thank you in advance. Michael _________________________________________________________________Add photos to your e-mail with MSN 8. Get 2 months FREE*. http://join.msn.com/?page=features/featuredemail
