lilypond-1.6.6-1 in RedHat 9

I re-installed, not upgrading, RedHat 9.0 and 
lilypond-1.6.6-1.i386.rpm of RH9
lilypond-documentation-1.6.6-1.i386.rpm  of RH9
all from
http://www-ccrma.stanford.edu/planetccrma/software/soundapps.html#lilypond
but it won't work.
The notes have weird appearance, like:

so, I installed 
t1utils-1.26-1.i386.rpm of RH9
pfaedit-020622-1.i386.rpm of RH9
autotrace-0.30-1.i386.rpm of RH9
mftrace-1.0.10-1.i386.rpm of RH9
and, also 
texinfo-4.3-5
ImageMagick-5.4.7-10
guile-1.6.0-4
guile-devel-1.6.0-4

Still the notes have same weird appearance.

Now, what shall I do next?
