Just a cut and paste from a score I've typeset a few weeks ago (no 
guarantee !!!) :

trillNatural = \markup { \musicglyph #"scripts-trill" \raise #0.8 { 
\musicglyph #"accidentals-0" } }

trillFlat = \markup { \musicglyph #"scripts-trill" \raise #0.8 { 
\musicglyph #"accidentals--1" } }
