Dear all,

With thanks to Mats Bengtsson, the problem with chord names not
printing well is solved. I'm reporting to the list, so that if others
may experience similar problems they know how to sort it out.

Mats's message with the description of the problem is attached. In fact
I ended up installing the AFM files for CMR (maybe unnecessarily, I'm
not sure) when I was installing a recent version of "dvipdfm" (so that
you get true type fonts in PDF files generated from latex documents
using CMR). What I did just to get a good printout of my lilypond file
was to remove temporarily those AFM files.

Thanks again for all the help,

Rafael
