Apologies if this appears twice; I didn't see it the first time, and
anyway I said it reduced the margins instead of increasing the margins
(and reducing the line length).

lilypond-book in 1.6 seems to be increasing the right margin as well as
the left margin for the first line.  This did not happen in 1.4.

Attached is a simple test case.
