Yes, just increse the textheight and linewidth paper-variables.
Unfortunately you need to do some manual dvips tweeks in order to centre
the score on the page.
with linewidth = 26.0\cm and textheight = 38.0\cm,
dvips -t a3 -O 4.5cm,6.5cm
produces a nice A3-file which you can then scale down to A4.
