margins - headers - footers

Hello fellow engravers,

Is there a simple example somewhere which shows how to change the
margins, headers and footers etc. in the paper block?

Also is it possible to increase the spacing between the title
material and the first staff? (my compostion now has the title stuff
scrunched close to the first staff with lots of room at the bottom
of the first page -- almost enough space for another piano staff)
