LilyPond doesn't have 'a' GUI.
There are third party developers who have developed 'front ends' which
you could call a 'GUI' for LilyPond but that is all you can say.

Schikker's list was just another attempt at this.
As to your question, I don't know if you are deliberately trying to
'provoke' some kind of reaction, it is difficult to tell from such a
terse email but the word 'Schikkers' is Dutch - which reflects the
nationality of the developer.
