Patches needing attention

The following patches have been at "needs-work" for six months or more.  Would owners or creators please have a look at them and revise the status.  Where patches get marked as "Abandoned", would the devel also close any related Rietveld issue?

Simply adding a comment to the tracker item to say "I'm still using an omphaloskeptic methodology on this one" would reset the last modified date, if the intent is to keep the patch alive but dormant.
