Well, we would need something like an \OrganStaff context which
consists of three staves instead of two, since the spacing between the
left hand and the pedal staff (in particular the stretchability)
should be approximately the same as between the right and left hand
staff.  No idea how you could mould that into an \organSpacing
command.
