I hope it's not needed to touch them... I'm not much interested by the

Jan already translate a few sentences in several nodes in French and
Dutch, and while splitted HTML translated docs used to be written as
index_xx.html it works for me now, kudos.

Shall I take over mangling a v2.xx directory in www_post.py?  As this is
only relevant to the web site (offlien docs don't need this), I'd better
not add this complication to the main build system.  www_post.py stuff
will survive from the switch to another build system anyway.

It works way better than one week ago; do you think there are some files
in web/ we can already declare as translatable?  There are several
people who report their experience of building docs on the French list,
so in case they want to help with translations we should not limit their
enthusiasm :-)
