Sure!  I only concern myself with the development versions (a 
combination of still being git-shy and also because it's easy for users 
to read the unstable docs), but if you want to backport things, great. 
At the moment the entire manual could be backported, but eventually the 
unstable manual will have some features that aren't in the stable version.
