bug with bowing + slur

In this test file, the slurs appear over the bowing marks.  This is 
particularily odd, since in a piece of mine, the downbow slurs are 
wrong, but I have an upbow slur that works.

In any case, with fink 2.3.8  (sorry if this has been fixed since .8), 
all of the slurs are placed over the downbow/upbow.
