I haven't thought of `c2\f\<'. Anyway, the dynamics in `c2\f c2\<'
aren't aligned.

Good question. I can't say that without investigation. Perhaps a
kind of `nearness' should be defined. The nearer dynamic signs and
spanners are located, the more aligned they should be.
