Articulations and Slurs

I'm typing a violin score with articualtions and slurs, many of them collide 
uglily. I think lilypond should calculate extra y-space for each object.

Example: staccato_over_slur.png
In this case there are slurs, staccato, and accents on notes.
-1- In first note Lilypond puts the slur as the first accent wouldn't exist.
-2- In the third note slur goes below the staccato dot (very annoying)
-3- last note (same as -1-)

In my opinion there should be something like an hierarcical order for these 
object.

This should be the right order from nearest object to the note.
Staccato
Tenuto
Slur
Fingering
Accent
