\note not converted

This is curious can you send me a larger sample that fails?

(it works for me:

        byrd:~/usr/src/lilypond$ cat b.ly
         \note #2 #0 #0.7

        \version "1.9.8"


        byrd:~/usr/src/lilypond$ python scripts/convert-ly.py --to=2.1.11 b.ly
        convert-ly (GNU LilyPond) @TOPLEVEL_VERSION@
        Processing `b.ly' ... Applying conversions: 2.1.1, 2.1.2,
        2.1.3, 2.1.4, 2.1.7, 2.1.10, 2.1.11,


         \note #"4" #0.7

        \version "2.1.11"
