Well, the most relevant change is in option-help.log:

-  job-count (7)               Process in parallel, using the given number

This means that you have created your test baseline with a different number  
of jobs than your actual test.  As that leads to a completely different  
distribution of files across jobs, the cell counts are no longer comparable.

I'd suggest trying again with comparable settings.  While the distribution  
also differs when new regtests are added (like done here), the consequences  
are usually not as drastic.  And sometimes, the cellcounts actually show  
some suspicious changes suggesting memory leaks or so.
