Baroque lute tablature also requires indications below the staff for strings below the sixth: it uses a, 'a, ''a, '''a, 4, 5, and 6 for strings 7 to 13 (where I've used the ' symbol to indicate diagonal slashes that start to the left of the character and finish above it).
