Actually, I assume it should be the lilypond.org homepage.

Whilst looking at this, found another oddity.  Go to (say)  
http://www.lilypond.org/development.html and click the lily - takes you to  
http://www.lilypond.org/index.html (tick, VG).  Back to  
http://www.lilypond.org/development.html then to  
http://www.lilypond.org/doc/v2.17/Documentation/contributor/index.html then  
click the "Back to Documentation Index" and it takes you to  
http://www.lilypond.org/website/development.html an added "website" which  
is then forever in the URL.  I guess this is a hangover from the old  
website, but it's another thing to consider.
