This lytex is not running with Lilypond 2.16.1 (XP and Windows 8)
The same example is running with Version 2.16.0 (XP) or Version 2.17.8
(XP and Windows 8)

Using the following command:
"C:\Program Files\LilyPond\usr\bin\lilypond-book.py" --output=out --pdf
--verbose test3.lytex
