GUILEV1 and GUILEV2 macros added to flower/include/guile-compatibility.hh.
module-scheme.cc uses GUILEV1 macro for conditional compilation.
GUILEV1 branch in ly_module_lookup changed to use ly_module_lookup  
("module-variable") and scm_call_2.
