I just checked in a bunch of small fixes which make libunwind build
(and work) with Intel's ECC compiler. See the README for some details
on how to build it. I haven't updated the tar-ball yet (plan to do so soon),
but in the meantime, you can see/get the bits at http://unwind.bkbits.net/
