        Add a new `-weak' flag to tell libtool when not to propogate
        dependency libraries from dlpreopened modules to libraries:

        * config/ltmain.in: Support new -weak link mode option. Adjust
        help message.
        * libltdl/Makefile.am (libltdlc_la_LDFLAGS): Use it.
        * doc/libtool.texi (Linking with dlopened modules): Document it.
        (Link mode): Mention -weak.
        * NEWS: Updated.

I didn't realize that this was still waiting. Please commit.

Actually, I have a comment. I find the naming slightly confusing,
as it has little to do e.g. with weak linkage. Not that I would
know of a better one. Is there precedence for this naming?

No :-(

I fussed with a few option names, but nothing better comes to mind. We're still in alpha though, so I'm certainly open to suggestions for a better name before 2.0 final.

Cheers,
        Gary.
