[libextractor] How to build libextractor-java

Hi all,

Sorry for the newbie question but how does one build libextractor for java?
I have done the following:

svn checkout https://gnunet.org/svn/Extractor-java

cs Extractor-java

./configure <-- error

I have also tried to cd into the native directory and run configure but no
results. Any help appreciated.
