Your patch was applied with a slightly the comment you made slightly
modified. I tried the new version on a SVCD I had on GNU/Linux and
still got CD DATA Form 1 though. There may some changes down the line
as I or someone else understand what's going on better. Also if this
method turns out to be more reliable it probably needs to be done
across other OS drivers.

As for not having CD-i, I guess that should be added.
