You're right. The makefile assumes that you're using bison. Standard
yacc doesn't have the -o option.
If you install GNU bison, then everything should be OK.

Right now I am running a plain Mandrake 10.1, but I got this error also
with previous version of libann with a SuSE so I guess it is a matter of
makefile.
