Well, I did, but there isn't much to test, because it's code which handles
errors which don't occur.  I could of course hack physmem to trigger them, but
I don't think it's worth it.  I did start a system with the patched wortel,
and it gives an "unexpected page fault" at some point, which is exactly the
same as without the patch (at least here.)
