No, at least not as far as the fiasco kernel or oskit/oskit10 are concerned.
I compiled those modules on my NetBSD-1.5.1/x86 box with gcc-2.95.2 without
any problems. I didn't try to compile linux22 though...

I don't know. Have you looked at the corresponding configure.in?
