Documentation for the sample data:



The sample data included with koha-1.2.1RC3 has the following
characteristics:

  452 items (barcodes T001 through T452)

    3 patrons
      V10000008  - Steve Tonnesen
      V10000019  - Jane Doe
      V1000002X  - John Smith


You should be able to test circulation and cataloguing quite easily with
this data.  In the circulation module, you can just enter the patron's
last name (tonnesen, doe, or smith).  In other areas of Koha (such as
reserves), you will need to enter the member's card number.
