I'd like to see an enhancement to parameters where we could specify options
available for each parameter.  Then, instead of being presented with two text
boxes where you have to type 'acquisitions' and 'simple', you could be presented
with the label 'acquisitions', and radio options for 'simple' or 'normal'.
Maybe a table called systempreferenceoptions with fields:

id      index (could be used for i18n/l10n of words used)

field   description                    example
-------------------------------------------------------
name    name of parameter              acquisitions
type    YN/OnOff/Choice                Choice
options                                simple|normal


Another example would be ('autoMemberNum', 'OnOff', '')
