Tried to install koha.conf from scratch

When comparing the new conf file with that of the old, there is a difference 
wherein the includes file now points to the opac directory whereas the old one 
was pointing to an include directory under intranet.

includes=/usr/local/koha/opac/htdocs/includes

Further checking, the directory does not even exist.  I did find the *.inc 
files under intranet/htdocs/intranet-tmpl
