[Koha-bugs] [Bug 418] Intranet home page needs to be updated to reflect only MARC searching

If MARC is on - they get to the MARC search page where they have to enter the 
search terms.

If MARC is OFF it's fine as before and one can search from the home page or the 
advanced search.
