OK.

I setup a user first.

adduser tom1

Then changed his password

passwd tom1

Then I ran:

jk_jailuser --jail=/home/jailkit tom1

home directory /home/tom1 is not within /home/jailkit, move the directory 
contents?
[Y]/[n] Y


Then I ran :

sftp address@hidden

And then got this:

sftp> Warning: child process (/usr/local/bin/ssh2) exited with code 0.
