Ok, ML is done :)

Some comments to Petr:
- I created the dialogs into wxDesigner, but not changed your code (it 
was 2:30 am and I was tired :). Some ressources ID may be different so 
check it.
- wxDesigner does not allow to create just a wxMenu (only connected to a 
wxMenuBar) so for the right-click roster menu you can either keep it in 
a xml ressource or integrate it into the code. I think we can have a 
menu.xrc xml file because the right-click on a contact will be quite 
complicated. Also "remove contact" should go on right on a contact, 
don't you think ?
- I fixed the "output in window" thing.
