Possibly more the question you should ask is "in what formats can you
export emails from Outlook".

Then you just need to set up the corresponding Gnus back end to
understand that export. Gnus is not, in itself, a repository for
mails. It is a front end which knows how to deal with various
backends. e.g maybe you could export from Outlook to a Maildir format? I
never had to do it but hopefully these comments might help in further
search.
