I've always had,
(setq gnus-agent-expire-days 30)
(setq nnmail-expiry-wait 90)
(setq gnus-inhibit-user-auto-expire nil)
(setq gnus-auto-expirable-newsgroups "")
and that's worked fine. However, with Debian's emacs22-common 22.3+1-1.1
I find that even when I mark ancient articles E they just don't expire.
I can't see any signs of any articles expiring, even when I do things
like gnus-group-expire-all-groups. Any idea what I might be missing?
