I'd suggest not to use the info://file/node format.  It's the Gnus
home brewed style not used in any other application.  I don't see a
good reason to use it instead of
  (info "(gnus)Group Topics")
or
  (info "(gnus)Group Topics"); <== Press C-x C-e here!
in Emacs related groups.  See [1].
