I'm not able to build starttls on windows with MinGW.
starttls.c complains it cannot find headers (sys/socket.h, sys/ioctl.h,
netdb.h netinet/in.h) and also throws errors.
I should probably ask somewhere else. It appears gnus and gmail don't
fit together.
